King Farm

Part of King Farm’s charm is the fact that the community has only existed for ten years. Yet King Farm’s roots trace back seventy years. In 1925, W. Lawton King purchased a piece of farmland right where the community is now located. At the time the land was owned by the Graff family. He combined the farm with three adjacent farms and the farm complex named Irvington Farm, was later renamed as “King Farm.”

All sorts of amenities are available for residents. For example, The Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center is a 1,200 square-foot clubroom with 30 foot ceilings. All sorts of celebrations, ranging from wedding receptions to high school graduations, have been held at the Center. The community can enjoy its gas fireplace, easy chairs, couches, and stackable chairs and tables that can seat large parties of people. It even offers a full kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Usage of the kitchen is included in the rental fee.

A highly facilitated fitness room is also located at the Saddle Ridge Circle Community Center. All titleholders and tenants are welcome to access this fitness room. It is equipped with cable TV and a wide variety of fitness machines.
